Autograph postcard signed, dated : Erfurt, 19 May 1924, to Otto Eckermann in Berlin, 1924 May 19.

Saying that the Erfurt Musik-Verein would be happy to have [Georg] Kulenkampff give a concert, asking if he would accept 400 Marks to play in an orchestral program, adding that personally Wetz would like E.F. [i.e. Friedrich E.] Koch's Deutsche Rhapsodie, and perhaps Viotti's A-minor concerto.

Italian violinist and composer Giovanni Viotti is best known for his Violin Concerto No. 22 in A minor. Viotti spent much of his life after 1782 in Paris and London. He fled the French revolution in 1792, but was unwelcome in England as a suspected Jacobite between 1798-1801, after which he returned to London and remained there except for the years 1818-1822 in Paris.
